Professional staff Clean store Clear and accessible showroom Good variety of choices Friendly salespeople Well lit Comfortable seating with back support Desks are well spaced apart Quick wait times for various tests Store is almost always filled with people however there are a large team of staff, so wait time for test results and time on the show room floor is next to none, someone WILL come and ask you if you require help ~ every time! The only reason I don’t give them a 5/5 stars is because I am quite ‘OUT THERE’ with my fashion choices and I wish they stocked some more unique and far out frames, but, I can understand why they don’t, supply and demand 😂

Extremely unprofessional and incompetent staff. Came in on 30th September to get new lenses put into my own frames. Was advised it will take upto 2 weeks. Three weeks later I received a message that they are ready for sizing. I come in the same day only to realise they have my glasses but not my case. I asked the woman serving me where my case was and she automatically gets defensive and tells me they don’t take cases only the glasses. I advised her the person that took my glasses also took my case and I definitely left it with him. She then exclaims well if you left it here we don’t have it and that’s all she had to say on the matter. She did offer to give me another case, however I paid a significant amount for mine (Tiffany and Co.) and they did not have the same brand, so I advised no, I would like the case that I sent in with my glasses and instead of doing her job and checking with the other staff members who originally served me 3 weeks prior to confirm, she left it at that. I then called back twice only to be told they will look into it but to no avail. I eventually had to go in a second time to ask a fourth person to track down my glasses case which was finally found in the back…unsure why this could not have been done in the first instance. There was no apology for the inconvenience caused or the lack of care taken when handling my property. This is complete negligence and I am dumbfounded by the lack of accountability taken here. You give your property in for a service you expect to have it returned in the same, if not better condition. I HIGHLY recommend to avoid this store at all costs.

Unfortunately this was not a happy experience. The eye test took over two hours, due to them being busy. Staff were verbally putting each other down in front of customers, Took over 45 mins to process my order and then they ordered the wrong glasses for both of my pairs! It's literally been weeks and I STILL do not have the glasses I asked for. Worse customer service I have ever received.

It was okay but the results aren't that good. I feel the new prescription doesn't really work for me and the polarising lenses stay dark no matter what the light is like so I can only wear them driving and not if I want to see anything on my phone. So I feel I paid quite a lot for meh. ETA: So I put the same review on their website. They rang me once but I was busy and that was it. They weren't actually interested in fixing the issue and haven't bothered trying again. The worst thing is that I went for the eye test because I am having trouble reading my computer screen. The new glasses are actually WORSE. Pretty unhappy. I used all my optical benefit so I'm going to have to pay full whack at some other place to actually get something I can see through.

This is my second time back to specsavers to get a new script made up and pick some new frames. The specsavers team were very helpful again and very efficient...it didn't take long before I selected my two new frames and got an amazing deal with my private health rebate. Another health item that I can tick off the list for 2023 with minimal fuss! Thank you Specsavers. I look forward to collecting my new specs soon
